It doesn’t have to be that one, but it was the cheapest model. The fancy one is twice the price 😱

For now (assuming I have anything extra after rent) I am getting a gym grade jump rope and yoga mat.

I was a depressed lump most of 2020. Since starting work again I have been getting back in shape.

These are great but sitting on a bike watching star trek would do more for the tushie. I tried.
