A perfect piece of salmon

It looks like a rose! The rest of it looked as good but I ate it too fast
After the oven. It looks a mess but I scrape off the spices and use the fruit grinded as a bit of a garnish or for extra moisture for freezing
Before the oven. 350° and wrap it well in the foil. I use a bit of butter on each side, salt and pepper. The flavor comes from the fruit.

I haven’t tried oranges before but I think I made a home run.
