Can I say as a business owner…if you interview someone at least have the decency to send an email or make a phone call to let them know they didn’t get the job. The whole thing about if you don’t get the job we don’t need to contact you is complete bullshit.
You can’t do that to people. It’s inconsiderate and unprofessional.
Winners did it to me and the factory job I applied for.
I shouldn’t get upset.
If a business can’t take 30 seconds out of their day to say “Hey, we think you are great but we’ve found another person” then maybe they weren’t worth working for in the first place.
Simple manners folks. Not rocket science.
