“WATCH LIVE: Members of Congress share experiences from Jan. 6 insurrection”

I know I posted this link in another post.

I wanted to highlight it because I’m still not ok. My family wonders why I am a mess eh? 

Listening to these Congress members I can’t stop crying. The 1:38:45 mark broke me. I imagine my Mom if she was saying this to me. I remember everything from that day. I wish I didn’t. It’s hard to watch.

Much love to all the Congress members. We are so lucky. It was one of the worst days in my life but by the grace of God it wasn’t worse.

This isn’t what democracy should be. The next time we will lose whatever beautiful dream of a normal future.
